Fact about Zika Virus : What's it and Zika virus symptoms

Virus zika is mainly carried and transmitted by a mosquito called Aedes the mosquito which is responsible for Dengue fever.In the year of 1947 zika virus was first identified and from 2007 it spread to the south pacific region and until 2007 zika virus did not occur outside of African region.In early 2015 it became an epidemic in the Brazil and the race is still going on between scientist to find out the zika vaccine for zika virus prevention.

Zika virus symptoms

1.Fever (Zika fever)

2.Rash

3.Headache

4.Pain in joint.

5. Muscle ache

6. Conjunctivitis(red eye)

7. Vomiting.

Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) figured only 1 out of 4 zika virus infected person developed zika virus symptoms, on the other hand, Center for Disease control figure this as 1 in 5.

It has been reported by a researcher that Guillain-Barré syndrome a very rare autoimmune disorder that affects the CNS may develop by zika virus.

  

These symptoms of  zika disease normally appeared between 3 to 14 days of first bite and that can last 1 week confirmed  Center for Disease control.
