It is used for the treatment of osteoporosis. The normal dosage range is one tablet per week . The medicine should be taken as soon you get out from bed and at least 30 min prior to your breakfast . For alendronate, liquid take at least 2 ounces of water just after the medicine ingestion and for solid dosage form this amount 6-8 ounce .As it can easily reach to the intestine and easily absorbed by the intestine wall .
Astemizole
Astemizole is an antihistamine .If you take this drug in full stomach then it's absorption become slower.So for it's better activity it should be taken 1h before and 2h later a meal .
Bethanechol
The indication of bethanechol is for the urinary retention which is a consequence of surgery ,delivering the baby and in other situation.The medicine should be always given in empty stomach or 1h before the meal to prevent nausea and vomiting.
Captopril
